Fairy Forest: General Information Created by Rooftop Post
Return to the Fairy Forest

The Fairy Forest is full of all sorts of magical folk - some kind and good, some not so good! The same goes for the trees. It's a very difficult forest not to get lost in, because even though you never see it happen, trees and bushes and brambles seem to move around and cover up the pathways at will. There are also many fairy rings of toadstools - which you have to be very careful not to step into the middle of.

Fortunately though, there are some very friendly folk living in the wood and a very wize old owl called Moothoot, who has advice to give about everything and likes nothing better than to talk and discuss things all night.

There are many fairies, gnomes and pixies in the forest. You should be able to see a picture of some of the pixies relaxing below.

You can't see the forest fairies in this picture because they are too small. However, you can often find them near toadstools - or rather inside them - for lots of them like to hollow them out and make them into homes.

This is a picture of a toadstool that a fairy lives in. This particular house belongs to a fairy called Dawn Dewfrost, who can only be seen very early in the morning with the first rays of sunlight. As a matter of fact, she is a close friend of the Tooth Fairy, who often stops at her house for a hot cup of tea on her way back from collecting teeth all night.
