You may not know this, but on the very edge of Fairyland, in the middle of a magical sea, there is a little island shaped a bit like a pointed witch's hat. Because of this, it is called Witch-Hat Island. All the magical folk in the wolrd know of it, as is where witches and wizards gather together and have important meetings to swap news, make up new spells and test out potions.
Monica Moon, the youngest witch in Fairyland, keeps lists of all the witches and wizards who visit Witch-Hat Island. She writes down how old they are, what their names are and what they're like.
