  • What is the difference between a Christmas Morning Letter from Santa and a Before Christmas Letter from Santa?
Before Christmas letters are in Santa's home, Christmas House, up in the North Pole. They tell little stories about what has been happening to him in the run up to Christmas this year. They should be read by children before Christmas. Christmas Morning letters are written from Santa's sleigh and tell of the adventures he has encountered on his way around the world on Christmas Eve. They should be read by children on Christmas Morning.

  • I want letters for more than one child. Will they be the same?
No. We make sure that all the letters in any one order are different. The children will not get the same letters.

  • My child had a letter from Santa last year. Will it be the same again?
No. We create new letters every year. When you order, you will be asked to tick a box on the order form to say whether or not your child has had a letter before so that we do not make the mistake of sending the same one.

  • Can I see the letter before I buy it?
You can see a sample letter online, but not the actual letter you will be sent. The reason for this is so that people don't copy our letters. However, if you like the sample letter, we promise that the one we send you will be in the same style and just as lovely!

  • When my letter arrives, can I open it before I give it to my child without spoiling it?
Yes, as long as you are careful. Our envelopes are resealable, so you should be able to open the envelope, slip the ribbon off, look at the letter, then put it back as it was.

  • What shall I do if I miss the last posting date?
Basically, you have two choices. If you really want to take the risk, you can still place an order, but we cannot guarantee that your letter will arrive before Christmas. A better option might be to consider joining the Interletter Club at www.interletter.com where you will find a printable resources including a letter from Santa for Christmas Morning. All the notes on the Interletter site are created by our team and Santa has written them in the same curly wrting as you'll find on a letter you have purchased from Rooftop Post.
