- Each letter arrives in its own envelope carefully folded and bound with a red or green ribbon.
- There are two types of Father Christmas letter. One which should be read before Christmas, and one which is meant to be read on Christmas Morning.
- All letters and their special envelopes arrive hidded in a second, plain A4 envelope, addressed to the appropriate Grown-Up. (This is so that they don't get marked in the post and to allow any adult who wishes to, to view the letter before passing it on.) Father Christmas leaves it to you to place the letter somewhere for your child to find!
- All our letters include a minimum of three delightful illustrations which complement the enchanting details about Father Christmas/Santa, his magical friends and the North Pole.

- All our Father Christmas letters can be ordered up to 11 months in advance.
- Our letters are updated every six months.
- We are careful never to deliver the same letter to the same child twice, or to children who know each other, so if you order letters from Father Christmas for more than one child at a time (for example for siblings), every care is taken to ensure that each letter you receive is different.
- Each of our letters is a full colour reproduction of a letter designed to be given to any child, but the name of the child of your choice will appear at the top. The templates from which each type of letter is replicated are fully illustrated with original, watercolour artwork and carefully hand written for that authentic, magical look.
- UK Customers: First Class Postage is already included in the price of our letters, so you don't need to pay extra.
- Customers from the rest of Europe: To post your letters safely to other European countries we currently charge an extra £1.00 per letter.
- Worldwide Customers: To post your letters safely to anywhere outside Europe we charge and extra £2.50 (GBP) per letter. You can elect to pay in US Dollars.
- All our letters are currently priced at £5.99 (GBP).
- We recommend that you order your letters as early as you can, or at least 15 days in advance of the date you wish them to arrive.
- Please Note: there is no religious content in any of our letters, they are intended to be fictional, magic and fun!
- We do strongly advise you to order as far ahead as possible because of the special, personalised elements of our letters. Our magical characters are very busy people and are limited as to how many letters they can write!

- We do all we can to protect your privacy and we do not give your details to third parties.
