Details

What does Father Christmas write about in this letter?

"The Green Man and His Gold" is a magical letter to read on Christmas Morning.  Father Christmas is on his way around the world delivering presents as usual, when he comes across a leprechaun who is in the process of moving his crock of gold.

Angry and defensive, the little fellow isn't at all pleased to see Father Christmas - for he is quite convinced that everyone is out to steal his treasure!

Father Christmas tries to cheer the little man up by offering him some presents, but he turns them down flat.  It would seem there are some people you just can't please, even at Christmas!  "Still", thinks Father Christmas as the reindeer pull his sleigh away into the night, "all the more presents for good children!"

What does the letter actually look like?

Much like the image above, but larger and clearer. Letters are a little bit smaller than A4 in size. They are all full colour and on the back is a decorative, Christmassy design. If you choose to add a personal PS to this letter, it will be done using a beautiful font of Father Christmas's curly handwriting. Upon creating these letters, what Father Christmas wanted was to make them look as magical as possible - and we believe he has done a good job.

  How is the letter packaged?

This letter is gently folded, tied with a ribbon, and placed in a colourful envelope bearing your child's name. The whole thing is then placed in a plain envelope for posting, addressed to a parent or guardian. This is so that if there are small eyes around when it arrives - it looks like an ordinary piece of mail. Tip: Parents tell us that they like to leave Christmas Morning letters under the Christmas tree, as if Father Christmas has left it there with the presents.

Anything else it might be useful to know?

No, but it may be helpful to know that Father Christmas doesn't mention the child's house anywhere in this letter, so it's great for children who are away from home at Christmas, as well as those in their own houses.  You might also like to know that this letter is signed "Father Christmas" rather than "Santa" or "Santa Claus" and that there is no religious content in this letter.
