Shipping & Delivery

• What does shipping/delivery cost?
  Shipping is calculated according to weight and destination. For example, to have ONE letter delivered to any UK address via First Class mail, the shipping and handling cost would be £2.00. Sending ONE letter tto a UK address using Recorded Signed For™ would cost you £4.60. (However, sending two letters via Recorded Signed For™ would be the same as sending one.)
  
  International orders are sent via Royal Mail's Airmail service, and shipping ONE letter would cost about £2.00 or £3.00. We cannot give exact prices, as they depend on the weight and destination of an order. However, you can calculate a shipping estimation from your shopping cart before paying.
  
  Here is a rough guide of approximate charges:
  
  Within the UK - First Class:£2.00 Recorded Signed For™:£4.60
  Europe - £2.00 approx
  Rest of World - £3.00 approx

• How long will my order take to arrive?
  All orders are despatched within 7 days of ordering - but as Christmas draws nearer, we get them made up and sent to you as quickly as we possibly can. In December, all orders placed before our last ordering dates are sent in plenty of time to arrive for Christmas. That said, we may postpone posting a letter if we are concerned that the address you have given us is incorrect or incomplete, in order to avoid it getting lost. • What shipping/postal service do you use?
  All orders are despatched using the UK postal service, Royal Mail. Within the UK, you can choose to have your order sent as first class post or Recorded Signed For™. For international addresses outside the UK, we post orders via Airmail.

• Who should you write to about delivery problems?
  We hope you have a problem free shipping experience, but if you do encounter difficulties or your order doesn't arrive, you can use the contact page on this site to get in touch, making sure you give us a contact telephone number in case we need to call you.
