O R D E R I N G
Orders can be placed by completing and submitting our online order form. We recommend to UK customers that all orders for letters are placed at least 14 days in advance of the time you would like them to arrive. Customers outside the UK should be aware that the length of time it takes for letters to be delivered may vary significantly, depending on which country they are being sent to. We therefore advise all international customers to place orders as far in advance as possible and to allow 28 days extra for delivery.

Whilst we will dispatch your letter within 7 days of receipt of payment, we cannot guarantee delivery of it within that time frame. (This is due to our reliance on postal services as outlined below under the heading “Delivery”.)

Up to two children's names may appear on one letter. For more than two children, you will need to order further letters.

To place an order for any product you must be over 18 years of age.

Copyright of all letters remains with their author. No part of any item may be reproduced by any means (including electronically) without the prior permission of their author.

D E L I V E R Y
LETTERS: All letters are despatched using the UK postal service Royal Mail within 7 days of receipt of payment.

All letters will be sent as first class post, or, to addresses outside the UK via Airmail. However, we may postpone posting a letter if we are concerned that the address you have given us is incorrect or incomplete, in order to avoid orders getting lost.

Although we make every effort to ensure you receive your letters in time for calendar dates relevant to them (such as Christmas and Easter), please be advised that once letters are dispatched we rely wholly on postal services and will not be held liable for delay of delivery due to events such as postal strikes, national holidays or any other matter beyond our control.

ALL PRODUCTS: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, nor can we be held responsible for any delay, loss or damage of your order. If any of these should occur please contact us at once and we will do what we can to help you recover your goods or if necessary claim compensation.

In the event that Royal Mail increases any of its postage prices, we reserve the right to change our advertised prices should we deem it necessary to do so.

P R I C E S
All prices are in pounds (£) sterling (GBP). Rooftop Post reserves the right to change any advertised price prior to your placing an order. In the event of such changes you will be notified before any payment is debited from your account.

P A Y M E N T
Online payment is through a secure server via Worldpay. For further information please view their website by going to www.worldpay.co.uk For UK customers not wishing to use Worldpay. Payments via Worldpay may be made in pounds sterling (£ GBP) or US dollars ($ USD). We do not accept cheques or postal orders.

Please note that as a shopper in the UK you have the right to cancel the contract for purchase of any of our products within seven days of delivery. This is in accordance with the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations. If you do wish to cancel your purchase, please inform us in writing. Rooftop Post protects all your details in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The information with which you supply us on the online order form is treated as confidential. We only collect information about you in order to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. We do not and will not pass on our customer details to third parties.

We will not send or forward you any information which is not relevant to your order or purchase. We will not contact you again after you have received your purchase, unless you have requested that we to do so.

F A U L T Y G O O D S:
Should goods purchased from us be found to be faulty, you should return them to us. We will refund the price you paid for them in full.

G E N E R A L
As a British business, Rooftop Post is subject to operation in accordance with UK Law. Any contract will be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and deemed to have been concluded within the UK. Please be aware that by submitting your order form you are confirming that you have read, understood and accepted all the terms and conditions set out above.
