Letters from Father Christmas are our most popular product. If you're wondering what they are, here's the general blurb you need to know:

- Father Christmas creates two types of letter. One type is for your child to read before Christmas, the other is to read on Christmas Morning
- Our letters cost from £4.99 plus shipping.
- Each letter tells a little story of its own
- Father Christmas will add a P.S. of your choosing at no extra cost, giving your letter that special, personalised touch. This is done using our specially designed Father Christmas font.
- All Christmas letters are carefully folded and bound with a red or green ribbon, then placed in a magical envelope bearing your child's name.
- You can choose from a range of Father Christmas letters - all different from each other. In our shop, you will be able to read a short description of each letter's content.
- We also have a DIY letter option - which means you can write your own letter from Father Christmas. Standard DIY letters cost £5.99 (plus postage) - the reason they are more expensive is because they take our elves longer to create.
- Our pre-written standard letters have lovely illustrations which complement the enchanting details about Father Christmas, his magical helpers and the North Pole.
- All letters and their special envelopes arrive hidden, double wrapped in a second, plain envelope, addressed to the appropriate adult.
- All standard Father Christmas letters are signed "Father Christmas", not "Santa" - but of course, if you choose our DIY letter, you can put whatever you like.

- Father Christmas letters can be ordered throughout the year.
- We create a few new letters every year and as a rule, we add them to our shop in October.
- We recommend that you order Christmas letters as soon as you can. A flood of last minute orders can mean we have to close the shop early, to make sure they arrive in time for Christmas Eve.
- There is no religious content in any of our letters, they are intended to be fictional, magical and fun!
- If you are not satisfied with your letter, we do have a returns policy.
