Free Autism‑Friendly Letters from Santa Claus – Printable & Inclusive
At Rooftop Post, we know every child is different and that not every family finds the festive season easy. That’s why we’ve created two gentle, neurodivergent‑friendly letters from Santa Claus, written with extra care for children who may find Christmas overwhelming, unpredictable, or a bit too loud and busy.
These letters are free for personal use. They’re designed to offer a magical, reassuring message from Santa, whether your child is autistic, sensory-sensitive, or simply prefers a calmer kind of run-up to Christmas.

At the moment we have the following two letters written with inclusivity and neurodivergence in mind. We hope to add more soon.
-
🎁 A Calming Letter from Santa — Designed to soothe, reassure, and reduce festive anxiety

-
🎄 Putting Up the Christmas Decorations — A gentle letter for children who enjoy the build-up to Christmas but appreciate a slower pace and thoughtful routine

What Makes These Letters Different?
-
Written using clear, direct language – while Santa has kept them magical, he has stayed away from confusing metaphors or implied expectations
-
Created with input from people who understand autistic and neurodivergent needs
-
Content is designed to reduce anxiety and celebrate each child’s unique way of enjoying the holidays
-
Suitable for any child, but especially helpful for those who benefit from a calming approach
- Created by a human, not AI. (Although we do make use of AI in descriptions on our webpages – such as the one you’re reading right now – the words on our letters are written by a real, living being.)
