This colouring in page of St David, or in Welsh Dewi Sant, is easy for children to colour in thanks to its bold lines and simple design. The daffodils are there because these bright yellow flowers symbolise Wales, and the doves relate to one of St David’s miracles, when a hill spontaneously grew beneath his feet in Llanddewi Brefi so that the crowd he was preaching to could better hear him. At the moment this happened, a dove was said to settle on his shoulder.
