Easter Colouring Pages to Print

Easter Scenes and Story Pictures

As you can see, many of our colouring pages show little scenes and characters. These can be used not only for colouring, but also as simple story prompts for children who might enjoy imagining what is happening in each picture.

The first two are a great example of this, as they feature moments of friendship between a caterpillar and an ant.

Children might also like making up their own stories about these two spring scenes. A pony and a rabbit are deep in conversation in a farmyard in one, and in the other it looks like a rat has found an unexpected new friend.

Easter Eggs and Patterns to Colour

As you might expect at Easter, these colouring pages focus on eggs.  Some have dinosaurs hatching from them while others are the more traditional kind, decorated with patterns. We also have some templates that are perfect for children who enjoy adding their own colours and designs.

You can also use any of these colouring sheets as inspiration for Easter crafts or homemade cards.  Once coloured in, they can also be gifted to a loved one – it’s always such a treat to get a picture coloured for you by a child.

We find that colouring in can be a particularly useful activity useful for those rainy afternoons which crop up during the Easter school holidays – though of course this depends where you live.  Perhaps you’re somewhere much warmer than we are here in the UK!  Anyway, wherever you are, we wish you a very Happy Easter and hope you find our colouring pages useful.
